 Asthma is a chronic condition that affects the airways, causing inflammation and narrowing that leads to wheezing, coughing, and shortness of breath. Treatment includes inhalers, medications, and lifestyle management to control symptoms and improve quality of life. 

COPD is a progressive lung disease characterized by chronic bronchitis and emphysema. It leads to airflow limitation and breathing difficulties. Early diagnosis, medication, pulmonary rehabilitation, and smoking cessation can help manage the disease effectively. 

 ILD refers to a group of disorders that cause scarring of lung tissue, leading to stiffness and reduced oxygen transfer. Diagnosis involves imaging, lung function tests, and sometimes biopsy. Treatment may include corticosteroids, antifibrotic agents, and oxygen therapy. 

 These infections affect the lung tissue and air sacs, causing symptoms such as fever, cough, and difficulty breathing. Proper diagnosis and targeted antibiotic or antiviral therapy are crucial for recovery.  (Pneumonia, Tuberculosis, etc.)
